About Michelle MacLeod

I am a regulatory expert with years of experience helping companies evaluate and maintain their quality and safety systems as well as building and delivering trainings that are necessary for implementing and managing these systems. I’ve developed and edited innumerable food safety plans, HACCP plans, SOPs, and work instructions over the years. I have a penchant for creating engaging graphics, video, audio, and presentations. My technical documentation skills allow me to make informational guides and adjunct materials to help foster learning and deepen understanding. I began my career as a head brewer at a beer company, after which I was head brewer at a sake and beer brewery. While in these places I developed their quality programs, laboratory practices, and improved upon their production practices, supply chain management, sanitation systems, equipment management, and training programs. After which, my career moved into regulatory compliance and training. Years later, I started this business so I could help more people through greater outreach, so they can improve upon their quality, safety, and training programs.
