About Michelle MacLeod
I’m a regulatory compliance expert with extensive experience building, evaluating, and improving quality and food safety systems. I’ve developed and refined countless food safety plans, HACCP programs, SOPs, and work instructions, and I design and deliver practical, engaging trainings that help teams implement and sustain these systems effectively.
I began my career as a head brewer in both beer and sake production, where I built quality programs, strengthened laboratory and sanitation practices, optimized production and supply chain systems, and led equipment and training initiatives. I later transitioned fully into regulatory compliance and training, ultimately founding my own business to help organizations elevate their quality, safety, and workforce development programs through clear documentation and impactful educational content.
